Bayesian statistics
The new section on Biostatistics and Pharmaceutical Statistics of ISBA has just been established. It’s quite an interesting idea and aims at bringing together statisticians from academia and the industry.
I believe that so far there’re only 20 members (including, of course, yours truly); but some big names such as Don Berry, Peter Muller and David Heckerman are involved. “Bayes on drugs”, like Christian Robert put it.
